AKA @gotzonmantuliz
Gotzon Mantuliz, originally from the Basque Country in northern Spain, is a jack of all trades. After winning the fifth season of the Spanish TV show, El Conquistador del Fin del Mundo, back in 2009, he’s more known these days for his stunning nature photography and adventurous travels alongside his tail-wagging best friend, Noa. Apart from creating and taking us around the world through his camera lens, he’s also committed to giving back.
That’s why when it came to our collaboration with the Wild at Heart Foundation and our Dog Days Collection, we immediately thought of Gotzon. So here are a few get-to-know-you questions for this multi-talented creator and dog dad.
Noa came into my life over eight years ago at a time when I wasn’t sure what my future would look like. Noa came into my life when I was finding my way, and now I feel incredibly lucky to be able to share so much with her – time, work, travels & projects.
I’d say practically all of them! XD. When I workout, when I’m working at home, when we’re out creating content, when we travel together in a van… The only time we’re apart is when I have to fly somewhere and she can’t come with me.
I love the initiative; I travel all the time and everywhere I go I come across stray dogs that come up to me looking for a bit of affection. I think that the work that foundations like Wild at Heart are doing is not only admirable but very necessary.
As soon as I saw the collection, two designs caught my eye: The Fighter and The Photographer. I think I jumped on The Fighter as soon as I saw it because I’ve been wanting to go to Japan for a while now. And I chose The Photographer because I think it reflects my day to day sharing photos with Noa.
So there you have it!
